Routinely the next avail appointment will be offered to you not necessarily the day you are after. It is helpful if you book appointments under your medicare name not the " known as name " we know who you are but unfortunately the computer will start a new file. Should you want a telehealth appointment you would need to have seen a doctor in the practice face to face in the last 12 mths to be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Fees may apply for consults as we are now a mixed billing practice.
